About

Miss Alice &
The Ore Landers.

Horses have mesmerised me from a young age. In turn questioning weather or not i what i wanted to be when i grew up?

Still to this day i feel the thundering of their hooves deep within the being of my soul then in turn awakens the spirit. Creating the desiring urge to paint and spend time with them. Bringing me back to the present.

When i paint with horses, i dance with horses.

The horses that i paint are rather fine tuned regarding a spiritual connection i recently discovered that i had with these magnificent creatures. Through the intense observation of the painted pomegranate.

The glistening of the membrane solely reminds me of the backing sun shining through the membrane of a horses eyes..

i find horses to be comforters when one hurts we all hurt. Especially with the wild horses that that fragile alliance we domesticated horses should be well and truly honoured.

In having found a safe haven and sense of familiarity within the world of creating Art. In allowing for organically formalized ideas of a natural means to flow outwardly where light reflects pleasing toward the eye of the viewer.
